How we work
Code lives in your GitHub. Infrastructure, domains and payment providers stay in your accounts. No vendor lock-in.
We clarify requirements, challenge unnecessary scope and look for a smaller first version when that gets you to value faster.
Milestones end in working software, with a demo every one to two weeks.
Tests and CI from the first weeks, and every pull request is reviewed — AI-assisted code included. On our last platform, the bug-fix share of commits fell from 66% to 15%.
Architecture notes, docs and Storybook live in your repository, so your team can take over at any time.
You talk to the engineers doing the work: all three of us join calls, in fluent English (C1–C2), and you get a written status every week.
